Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All of our phone cases are made to order using print-on-demand services.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect phone model selection, or personal preference.

Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To report an issue, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at
📧 info@dombe.eu, including clear photos of the problem.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Incorrect phone model selected by the customer

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse


European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalized.
As all of our products are produced on demand, cancellations or returns for change of mind are not accepted once the order has been placed.
