Processing & Fulfillment
All products in our store are produced and shipped using Podbase print‑on‑demand services. Orders are typically printed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after your customer places an order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on the customer’s address.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment (production + shipping) for Europe:

  • Standard / Economy Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times do not include order processing (1–3 business days). Actual delivery may vary due to carriers or high order volumes.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, extra shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.)
