How It Works (Easy 3-Step Process):

Choose Your Model: Select your device from the dropdown menu.
Upload Your Photo: Upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet. Don’t worry about the background—we’ll remove it for you!
Approve Your Mockup: Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will email you a digital mockup. We only start production once you are 100% happy with the design.

Damaged Items: If your case arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@dombe.eu within 30 days with photos of the issue.

Note: Do not return items to the sender address on the package; contact support first for instructions.

Made to Order: We only produce what is bought, reducing overstock and textile/plastic waste compared to traditional manufacturing.

Local Production: Your order is printed at the closest facility to your location to minimize carbon emissions during transport.
